What to Bring:

Introspective Activities: Journal, and if you like to prepare in advance, think about the intentions you want to set for the year ahead and any shadow work that is ready for the light.

Vision Board: While we will be providing materials to make a vision board, if you have photos, artwork, objects, favorite art supplies, or images from magazines that represent something meaningful to you please bring to help personalize your creation.

Trance Work: Please bring phone, charger, headphones and download zoom prior to event. Free account is all that is needed. https://zoom.us/

Indoor Activities: Warm socks or slippers as we observe a no shoe policy while inside. Quality mask. Layers as we may choose to keep the windows slightly open to keep the air circulating.

Outdoor Activities: Certain exercises are best done outside so please come prepared to step outdoors for short periods of time prior to the Fire Ceremony.

Fire Ceremony: We will be outside for about 30-45 minutes. While the fire will be warm and bright, we suggest you bring warm layers, hat, gloves, scarf and even a blanket and thermos with a warm beverage to help you stay warm and cozy. You are also welcome to bring offerings for the spirits, animals or fire as well as a drum or musical instrument if you would like to add to the closing festivities.

Snacks & Beverages: Bring stacks and nourishment. We will take regular bio breaks so that you can stretch, step outside, hydrate and nourish yourself. You are welcome to bring your dinner to enjoy while sitting around the fire after the ceremony has ended. Hot water and microwave on site.

Health, Safety and Courtesy! Please come wearing a quality mask (over your nose and mouth) and be prepared to wear it the entire time while inside so that we can make this a fun, successful and safe event for everyone. Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.
