Lauren is adept at bringing out the inner healer that lives within each of us. A self-described “Energy Muse,” she skillfully guides her clients and students to play in the metaphysical realm with a sense of fun and practicality. A trained Acupuncturist, Asian Bodywork Therapist (Acupressure, Shiatsu, Tuina and Qigong), Integrative and Transformative Life Coach and Hypnotist, she easily and playfully shares her vast knowledge with clients and students, supporting their path to thrive and prosper.

Brian Kingsley is a Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Integrative Life Coach and Hypnotist, has completed extensive training in the Chakras and Energy Body.

Workshop Logistics and What to Bring:

Introspective Activities: Journal and pen.

Dreams, Obstacles and Creations: Can be crafted in advance.

Vision Board: Bring photos, artwork, objects, favorite art supplies, or images from magazines that represent something meaningful and to help personalize your creation. We will provide supplemental arts and craft supplies.

Indoor Activities: Warm socks or slippers as we observe a no shoe policy while inside. Layers as we may choose to keep the windows slightly open to keep the air circulating.

Fire Ceremony: We will be outside for about 45 minutes. While the fire will be warm and bright, we suggest you bring warm layers, hat, gloves, scarf and even a blanket and thermos with a warm beverage to help you stay warm and cozy. You are also welcome to bring offerings for the spirits, animals or fire as well as a drum or musical instrument if you would like to add to the closing festivities.

Snacks & Beverages: Bring stacks and nourishment. We will take regular bio breaks so that you can stretch, step outside, hydrate and nourish yourself. There is a lot of material to cover so participants are encouraged to bring your lunch and dinner to enjoy during breaks. Refrigerator, hot water and microwave on site. Restaurants nearby.
